Slieve Donard Moonlit Walk - 6th November 2020

Join us on Friday 6th November 2020 for the ultimate hiking challenge!

Challenge yourself to make it to the highest peak in Northern Ireland – in the dark!

In staggered small groups from 6.00 - 7.30pm, we take off and will plan to make it to the summit around 11pm, where you will be able to stargaze and marvel at the lights of Newcastle and beyond, before returning to Donard Car Park.

We will be taking the well-known Brandy Pad Route – the main track up and down alongside the Glen River. The time taken to complete the climb depends on the pace of the group but on average it takes approximately 5 hours.
