Running a charitable company

It will examine the reporting requirements to both Companies House and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland including the PSC register for companies and the annual monitoring return for charities as well as outlining the rules around all of the registers which companies must keep.  

The session will also look at the duties of directors and consider the role of the board of a charitable company and outline key aspects of the articles of association.
