This course will provide advisers with the skills required to research and reference up to date information relating to social security benefits and welfare reform.
It has been designed to cover both online and paper resources and is aimed at advisers providing generalist or specialist benefit advice.
This is a necessary skill required to ensure organisations meet the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard in relation to case recording.
