Recruiting and Employing People with Convictions in Northern Ireland - CPD Certified Training for Community and Voluntary Sector Organisations (Online)

NIACRO

Recruiting skilled and experienced people can be a challenge and one many charities are increasingly experiencing. For over 50 years NIACRO has been supporting people with convictions to secure employment, build positive futures, and contribute meaningfully to society. We understand that employers can be concerned about recruiting people with convictions. We also know that many sectors are struggling to attract skilled and experienced staff, including the community and voluntary sector. The training has been designed and is delivered by NIACRO staff with expert and acute front-line experience in supporting people with convictions.
