£40 to Advice NI members, £50 to Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and £60 to Private and Statutory Sector organisations.
This course is to prepare managers and advisers for the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard. It will provide a practical guide to improve the quality of case recording and how to evidence continuous personal development.
The course will also cover the Advice NI recommended quality assurance activities, which are recognised by Department of Communities, including Case File Reviews and Quality of Advice Audits with practical case studies.
