PRS Conference 2023 - Shaping the sector: the future of private renting

Housing Rights

Join us as we mark 10 years of our annual landmark private rented sector conference.
This year we will be discussing the progress made in the private rented sector over the last decade and looking forward to the next ten years, identifying strides we can make to deliver a safer, more sustainable and futureproofed sector for all.
We will begin the day by setting the scene for the current context including trends and challenges in the private rented sector. This overview will set us up for a day that will touch on a range of issues, including challenges facing low-income households and delivering a fit for purpose private rented sector within the next ten years.
We’ll be joined by a range of expert speakers, experts by experience, and government representatives. There will also be a mix of panel discussions, and delegates will have the opportunity to attend facilitated break-out sessions.
