Learn the legal protections for newcomer children from experts at the Children's Law Centre.
The last fifteen years has seen exponential growth in the numbers of children who originate outside Northern Ireland. Their experiences of services such as education and health vary even though there should be no restrictions on their rights. Through its advice and legal work the Children’s Law Centre has advocated for newcomer children and bring this extensive experience to bear in this session, seeking to underline how everyone can protect the rights of newcomer children with sound legal knowledge.
Delivered by
Eamonn McNally, Senior Solicitor, CLC
Liam Mackle, Advice Manager, CLC
