PlayBoard webinar - Preparing for Inspections

Join us in September for a series of three online workshops delivered by PlayBoard on how to best prepare for an annual Social Services inspection for childcare providers.

These sessions are intended for any new managers, deputies or leaders in a childcare provision setting who have not been involved in the management side of an inspection before, or for any existing staff who would like to get better in their preparations for inspections.

Each session will be one hour long and will run on the dates listed below at 10am-11am and again at 6.30pm-7.30pm.

• Session 1: 7 September 2022
• Session 2: 14 September 2022
• Session 3: 21 September 2022

When booking, please make sure to book onto your preferred time (morning or evening session). You will be reserved a place on the corresponding session (morning if you have booked morning, evening if you have booked evening) during the following two weeks.

Please note than when purchasing a ticket to this event you sign up for all three sessions and you will be added to the list of attendees for all three weeks. It is highly recommended that you attend all 3 sessions as they link to form the overall inspection process. 

The following topics will be covered during each session:

• Session 1: Completing the self-evaluation forms
• Session 2: Overview of the inspection process, what happens on the day and policies and procedures.
• Session 3: Addressing the action plan.
