This course is one of a selection of Welfare Reform sessions suitable for those who have already benefited from our Welfare Reform training and wish to update their knowledge in a timely and cost effective manner, or for those who just need information on a specific aspect of Welfare Reform. This session will help you challenge negative PIP decisions by focusing on significant regulations, guidance and case law to incorporate into your mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and complaints to the assessment provider. We will invoice you for the course. Please note a late cancellation fee will apply to courses cancelled with less than five working days’ notice.
