Course Objectives
During the workshop we will assess a number of anonymised real cases and focus on the four of the main areas of NIAQS requirement:
With the use of NIAQS learning materials we will be working in break out groups to carry out Practical Quality of Advice Audits before finally coming together for group discussion, information sharing and good practice guidance.
- Case File Reviews, - quick checks on the progression of open and ongoing cases
- Quality of Advice Audits, - completed on closed cases over the last 12-month period
- Call listening and Shadowing Assessments
- Adviser Feedback Meeting
Who Should Attend
NIAQS Quality of Advice Assessors who have a responsibility for case checking and monitoring advice work within their organisations
CPD
The workshop will run for 3 hours and carries 3 CPD points
