Support for Quality Assessors within Advice NI, who have either achieved or are working towards the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard (NIAQS).
This workshop is only suitable for those who have already attended Quality Case Recording and NIAQS Quality Assurance Processes training. Participants will be guided through a step by step approach to auditing quality of advice, enabling them to achieve a standardised competency level for auditing within their individual organisations. The workshops will provide a practical, hands on approach to completing advice audits within a supportive environment of peer assessors. Participants will also receive guidance on call listening and shadowing procedures in addition to information on adviser feedback as part of the risk assessment process

Making NI a Living Wage Region

Women are disproportionately affected, with 24.5% earning below the Real Living Wage compared to 16.3% of men.
