The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is delighted to bring you its 2019 Annual Human Rights Lecture.
This year’s lecture will be delivered by Kate Gilmore, United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Human Rights.
Kate Gilmore will speak on the theme of:
“Standing up for human rights in an uncertain global environment”.
