NEW: Universal Credit – Supporting clients to make and maintain claims (online and offline)

This is a one-day course for those with a foundation college of Universal Credit.
The course in cludes: a demonstration of the Universal Credit Full service digital claims process using the Department for Communities training build (delivered in partnership with DfC) • A detailed walk through of the non-digital and support services available to vulnerable groups and those unable to utilise the digital full service (delivered in partnership with the DfC) • How to prepare clients for a digital claim , how to coach and ensure personal empowerment for the client so they can navigate full service • How to prepare clients for a non-digital claim (as above) • How agents, appointees and those with power of attorney have a role within the Universal Credit claims process (including corporate appointees)
