This course will provide a detailed overview of the benefits which can be claimed by nationals from the European Economic Area, as well as covering the Right to Reside Test and the Habitual Residence Test for each specific benefit.
The course will also cover: derived rights, permanent resident rights, rights for workers, Croatia, A8 & A2 issues, recent developments in EU law and Brexit issues.
