This course is designed to provide advisers with the skills required to research and reference up to date information relating to social security benefits and welfare reform. It will cover both online and paper resources. This is a necessary skill required to ensure organisations meet the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard in relation to case recording.
The course is designed for advisers providing generalist or specialist benefit advice.
