On Wednesday 5 June we want your feedback and opinions on the Minister for Economy's Economic Mission and its intended benefits for local communities. This conference and workshop takes place in the Junction, Dungannon from 10am- 3pm.
To fully understand how this strategy will transpire and what it means for our sector of we will hear from two of the Ministers critical friends who will share insights on their proposed way forward:
Dr Conor Patterson from the Newry and Mourne Co-operative and Enterprise Agency and Dr Lisa Wilson from the Nevin Economic Research Institute on social and economic development.
Minister Deirdre Hargey will open the event and set out her mission and her hopes for the social economy and community businesses and the role they can play in delivery.
