An event to bring people together, connect to nature and explore community action on your doorstep. Join us for this free one-day event as we celebrate and explore the amazing things that can happen when people come together in Belfast.

This free Inclusion in Volunteering training workshop is designed to equip leaders of volunteers with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximise volunteer engagement and streamline management processes. Participants will explore key concepts, best practices, and practical strategies for effectively managing volunteer programs. It is based on research carried out for Volunteer Now and Volunteer Ireland by Conor Scully of the School of Policy and Practice, DCU Institute of Education.

The Migrant Centre NI's Migrant and Ethnic Minority Peace Builders in Northern Ireland project (funded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust) will launch on Tuesday 18 June in Belfast Castle with an event titled 'Colours of Peace: Moving Beyond Orange and Green'. The event will be a mix of talks, workshops and discussions on the theme of diversity in peacebuilding. Colours of Peace is exclusively open to individuals who live in Northern Ireland, are from a migrant and/or ethnic minority community background, and are involved in (paid or voluntary) community development and/or leadership.
