This one-day course focuses on better mandatory reconsideration writing, advocating to the department and preparing a case up to appeal.
A foundation knowledge of PIP, ESA and Universal Credit is required for participants.
The course includes • Looking at case law, guidance and regulations in PIP,ESA and Universal Credit • How to prepare better mandatory reconsiderations and appeal forms • How to formulate written submissions and oral arguments The learning also involves using case studies collected from our network and the GB experience of Universal Credit.
