This course is designed is for those working in the community or in a business setting who wants to know about the Menopause and how to support those going through it. Empower your business or community organisations to deliver on your Wellbeing strategy by building a team of Menopause Champions.
This course will provide participants with:
- Knowledge and confidence to provide information and support to those going through the Menopause. To work with individuals and groups, in the workplace to provide support and advice to colleagues and management.
- To challenge the stigma around Menopause, to support positive wellbeing both physical and mental.
Training is delivered in person with a mixture of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. Numbers are limited to 15 in each cohort as these sessions can deal with sensitive and emotive issues.
