Makaton Taster Session

Cost:
£25 per person (non-refundable) and needs to be paid in advance to secure your place.
Makaton Taster Session takes 90 minutes and provides an introduction to Makaton and how it can support language and communication development.
It is aimed at those interested in finding out more about Makaton and who may be considering attending further training workshops.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn a selection of 40 /50 useful signs and symbols from the Makaton core vocabulary and discuss how to use them functionally. It’s a fun and informal introduction.
The course can only run if we get more than 10 people interested and also FULL payment received for those attending.
The course will be delivered by Makaton NI.
