Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management (3 days classroom based tuition + 3 assignments). Delegates can also attend the training without the need to register with ILM. Delegates registering for the accredited training will also receive tutorial support for completion of their assignments.
The training is aimed at people who wish to develop effective Leadership and Management skills (whilst also attaining an industry recognised management qualification).
Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management
(3 days classroom based tuition + 3 assignments)
Modules covered:
- Leading & Motivating a team;
- Problem Solving and Decision Making; and
- Managing Workplace Conflict
Tutorial support will also be provided for completion of assignments.
