This is a hybrid training event proven to be of use for anyone working with, for or on behalf of children and young people.
Based on extensive legal experience CLC solicitors Eamonn McNally and Emma Rose Duffy examine NI mental health law as it pertains to children and adolescents from a children’s rights perspective, including supervision orders, secure accommodation orders, the Mental Health Review Tribunal, assessing capacity and the Gillick Competence Test.
