This is hybrid training - online and in person.

The SEND legal framework is a robust rights-based framework. The issues experienced by children have been caused by unlawful operation of that framework and process failings. This training is aimed at increasing understanding of the rights of the children within the SEND legal framework, including practical guidance on the assessment, statementing and appeals process.

It will be delivered by:
