Information on the Jobstart scheme, especially for Employability support organisations
The JobStart Scheme offers paid job opportunities for six or nine months to eligible young people aged between 16 and 24 years old, who are at risk of long-term unemployment.
The event will cover:
- the previous JobStart Scheme and outcomes achieved
- the new JobStart Scheme
- how JobStart can work with and support the people your organisation engages with
- the Work Experience Programme and how it can act as a pathway to JobStart
- questions and answers
