This workshop which has been kindly fund by the National Lottery Community Fund Awards for All Programme will be delivered by Elley Martin from Pebblebeach Fundraising which is headed up by Founder Ash Gilbert, who has over 26 years’ fundraising experience.

Individual Giving can be every charity’s tool to aid recovery and build resilience. Covid 19 has made fundraisers to review Individual Giving through different lenses. Now they must use shifts in donors' behaviour to improve channel performance, pinpoint areas of opportunity for new income, and embed inclusivity into their communications.
This session will be very useful to anyone who wants to know more about individual giving/direct marketing and data
Senior Account Manager, Elley Martin has 16 years of experience of leading and delivering hugely successful fundraising and direct marketing campaigns and projects in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the UK.
Employment history includes management roles at local and national charities including NI Hospice, NICHS, Concern UK, Maggie's Centres and the University of Glasgow. Experienced in a diverse range of income streams, specialising in individual and legacy giving.
