Inclusive Employment and Social Value. How does that work ?

Come along and engage with Social Enterprises who's business model offers "supported employment" opportunities for those furthest from the labour market. 

We are delighted to be running this event in partnership with the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment.  

During the event you will:

• Get an overview of What is Social Value and how Corporates can engage with social enterprises.

• Hear first-hand how a major NI Company includes Social Value in its supply chain.

• Facilitated discussions between social enterprises and corporate organisations who already have benefited from offering supported employment opportunities through their organisations.

• Hear from some individuals and how it has changed their lives by getting these employment opportunities.

• Opportunity for Q&A on any questions and concerns you may have about how you would embed "inclusive employment" into the DNA of your business.

• Opportunity to engage with up to 16  social enterprises who can offer inclusive employment opportunities to your business.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Private Sector Organisations  - who want to explore the opportunity of offering inclusive opportunities within their workforce or include social enterprises within their supply chain.

• Public Sector Organisations - who wish to engage with social enterprises who offer supported employment services, who may help you to innovate your services.

• Social Enterprises - to network with your peers and build relationships with private and public sector organisations.
