About this event

In this session we will be understanding the integral work that Action Ability undertake in promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community of West Belfast and further afield.

Action Ability Belfast are at the forefront of developing high quality responsive services to meet the needs of local people with disabilities and their families since its inception in 1998. The project has been actively campaigning for the inclusion of disabled people within their own community and ensuring that they receive the support they need within ordinary structures of education, health, employment, and social services etc.

Through socially inclusive needs-led community-based programmes Action Ability empowers and supports local disabled people through offering an extensive range of services on a one to one or group basis.
