About this event

This session will look at how Habinteg Housing Association Ulster Ltd engages with tenants, communities, and partners to deliver specialist services and support in NI. Habinteg plan, develop and manage affordable housing in urban and rural areas, throughout Northern Ireland as well as working with a number of partner organisations in providing supported housing projects.

Community Assistant service

An important element of Habintegs’ housing management is the provision of residential staff members (Community Assistants, Scheme Supervisors or Concierges) on many of our schemes. Residential staff members provide a liaison between tenants / residents and our main offices and can assist with reporting repairs, helping with community issues, sign-posting to services and helping to promote a community spirit.
