A Guide to Disability Benefits (Beginners)

This blended course will take place over the Zoom platform with online modules available on our Moodle platform.
Course Objectives:
The course has 2 mandatory units:
- Unit 1 – Understanding Disability Benefits
- Unit 2 – Understanding Personal Independence Payments
The objectives of these units are to enable learners to:
- Understand the qualifying conditions for disability benefits (including PIP).
- Understand how to complete the application, assessment and administrative processes when claiming disability benefits (including PIP).
- Be able to calculate payment rates and components in relation to individual circumstances.
- Understand the process for challenging application decisions.

Private Rate : £370
The OCNNI registration and certification fee is included in the cost of the course.
