SPEAKERS
Adam McKenna - AMK Sports Massage
Adam McKenna is a Level 3 qualified massage therapist with a degree in Sports Science and Management from Loughborough University. With a strong background in sports performance and recovery, Adam specializes in deep tissue and sports massage to help clients enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries. He has worked with professional athletes, including the Wallaroos, Australia’s women’s rugby team, supporting their recovery and performance at the highest level. Passionate about business and innovation, Adam was awarded the Young Enterprise Student Journey Award in 2022, recognising his dedication to entrepreneurial growth.
Rupa Jain - Artist & Author
Rupa Jain was born in India and moved to Belfast, United Kingdom in the year 2007, to pursue her job as a software Engineer. She has been living here since. She has done her Masters in Mathematics from IIT Kharagpur in India, and her main profession has been software engineering.
She has been interested in spirituality since childhood which has intensified deeply in the last 2 years. Currently she has been focussing on writing poems with the insights gained from her spiritual pursuits.
Her aim is to bring healing to the masses through her poems and artistic works, aiming to make the world a better place. Nearly everyone has undergone trauma at some point in their lives which needs healing to be able to live a life full of joy, love, peace and abundance.
She has already self-published a book of poems called ‘Poems that Heal’
Katie Matthews Furphy - Mind Tribe UK
Katie Matthews Furphy is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and global mental health trainer. As a trauma-informed practitioner with 15 years of lived experience with mental illness, Katie is passionate about mental health advocacy, inclusive entrepreneurship, female leadership, and community development.
Katie founded her first business at the age of 23 after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast and has since established four businesses and two voluntary organisations. She has held influential roles, including Northern Ireland National Director for the Global Entrepreneurship Network UK, UK Director for Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022, and delivery partner for Belfast City Council’s Inclusive Enterprise Pathway.
Her achievements have earned her a place on prestigious lists such as Belfast Telegraph’s NI 30 Under 30 and the f:entrepreneur UK Top 100. With awards for Young Business Person, Young Leader, and Mental Health Trainer of the Year, Katie’s inspiring journey showcases resilience, leadership, and her unwavering commitment to empowering others.

Tina Calder – Excalibur Press
Tina Calder is a seasoned marketing strategist, mentor, and AI trainer, specialising in helping businesses craft compelling messages, enhance their brand visibility, and drive measurable results. As the founder and Chief Vision Officer of Excalibur Press, she has extensive experience mentoring entrepreneurs and organisations.
As a business mentor and delivery agent for the Go Succeed in the Community Tina is passionate about guiding entrepreneurs to maximise their marketing and business potential.
Tina’s career began 30 years ago in journalism and media, where she gained invaluable insights into audience engagement and media strategy.
