This 2-hour online training course is designed to assist employers in developing safe, fair, and consistent recruitment practices and better understand what having a conviction means when it comes to employment. It will help them to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, assess risks, dispel myths concerning people with convictions, and enable employers to make informed decisions when deciding whether to employ people with convictions.

Everyone struggling to understand and access their Healthcare System is welcome. We serve the vulnerable and underserved, who struggle to understand and access healthcare resulting in low healthcare outcomes and increased medical errors and deaths. This includes migrants, including the undocumented, refugees, elderly people as well as people with long-term chronic health conditions, and disabled people who cannot easily access health resources. This practical training programme will equip service and project leads with the tools and skills they need to evaluate the impact of their service or intervention in a meaningful way. It is suitable for those who need to understand the basics of evaluation, and those who need to enhance their skills in analysing and reporting data to be able to tell their story. The programme is split into 3 sessions, and you can choose to attend online or in person - you can attend an individual session or all 3 depending on your knowledge and experience.
