There’s a long road to securing a lasting relationship with this new person - you have to put the effort in. How do you make sure you’re making all the right moves towards true friendship and loyal audiences?
In this workshop, we’ll discuss strategies you can adopt to wow new audiences and set them on the path towards lasting loyalty to your organisation. We’ll chat about the welcome they receive from your staff, accessibility, signage, and lots of added extras you can think about to make every step they take throughout your space special.
