The financial position for Voluntary and Community Organisations post COVID-19 is undoubtedly challenging.  In the medium term, charities will need to revisit their strategies to ensure that these are still ’fit for purpose’ and achievable in light of the impact of the uncertainties on their finances. Care needs to be taken that the focus is on shorter financial planning cycles given that it is unreasonable to make accurate assumptions about the future. 

This webinar will highlight how organisations can manage income streams, focus on cash flow; develop good cost recovery practices and explore future financial planning.
