Employment Policy & Practice Review Clinic

Participants will be provided with:

1. A succinct overview of equality law and related best practice guidance promoting equality of opportunity in employment.
2. Detailed review checklists for employment equality practices governing the following broad policy areas: Working Environment; Terms & Conditions; Recruitment & Selection; Attendance Management and Work-life Balance.
3. Signposting to additional relevant guidance & support.
4. Ongoing confidential support and assistance with reviewing or developing their organisation’s employment practices.

This seminar will assist organisations currently engaged in the process of developing or reviewing areas of employment practice.  It will involve a flexible and interactive process providing participants with the opportunity to discuss and identify priority actions specifically relevant to their organisation.  Limited to ten places so early booking recommended.
