Easy as PIE – Psychologically Informed Environments in Homelessness Sector - Homeless Connect

Homeless Connect
A PIE service considers the psychological make-up – the thinking, emotions, personalities and past experience – of its participants in the way that it operates. Services which have adopted this approach have found that it can lead to beneficial wellbeing outcomes for service users and staff.
At the seminar which will start with lunch at 1pm, we will hear from two expert speakers on
- the principles behind the PIE approach;
- some of the benefits which flow from adopting it;
- and practical steps you can take to make your service a PIE.
There will be space for discussion and an opportunity to ask questions of our speakers on the day.
The event is for senior staff and service commissioners in the public, statutory and voluntary sectors.
Tickets for the event cost £70. Members of Homeless Connect can buy tickets at the discounted rate of £55.
Spaces are limited, so make sure you book your place at the link below by June 9!
