As we approach International Women’s Day on 8th March, we encourage everyone to avail of this training to raise your awareness of Gender Based Violence and learn how Women’s Aid NI are helping in the pursuit to end violence against women and girls.
Summary
The aim of this training is to provide attendees with an understanding and awareness of Domestic Abuse and its impact on those who experience it.
Purpose
This course will aim to equip attendees with the confidence and knowledge to respond to disclosures effectively, safeguard others and share sensitive information safely and appropriately. This course will provide valuable information on specialist support services and referral pathways.
