Who Should Attend:

This course has been designed for advisers and others working in the area of Social Security who wish to give the most effective advice and challenge decisions.  

Prerequisites:

A baseline knowledge in the Discretionary Support Scheme is recommended before enrolling.

CPD:

This course is worth 1.5 CPD points under the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard.
