Russian Nesting Dolls allow a client to slowly explore layers of the self-some known and some unknown. The dolls offer a journey for a client to find their authentic real self.
The workshop will explore the theory underpinning the use of Russian nesting dolls and how to introduce this into a therapeutic setting, to work creatively with clients of all ages.
Susan Harvey has been a practising counsellor for 23 years and incorporates creative mediums into her work with clients of all ages. Susan is also and experienced supervisor and lecturer.
