Copelands is the new flagship project of Belfast Central Mission (BCM) and provides practice-leading residential and dementia care for its residents.

Due to demand, after only seven months we are already at 50% capacity and in order to welcome any additional new residents we are seeking team members to support this growth.

There are exciting opportunities to be found throughout Copelands, including:
Day staff 
Night staff
Housekeeping
Kitchen Assistant

Copelands encompasses everything needed to create a genuine home from home where people can enjoy fulfilling and spontaneous lives. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to older people in the comfortable, spacious and state of the art surroundings of this purpose-built home.

As a busy home with a maximum capacity of 60 residents, this is a vibrant and exciting place to both work and to call home and we are dedicated to providing each resident with a professional and person-centred quality of care and choice.
