The Colm Quigley Jog in the Bog 2020!! Take part in this worldwide event and help us to raise much needed funds for our #MentalHealthServices. We provide much needed 1-1 counselling session to people in our City and without fundraising this service would simply not be available. Support local and join in on the fun! The Colm Quigley Jog in the Bog 2020!!  

Ourselves and the Quigley family are very excited to announce that this years virtual race will be celebrated on World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2020 and is proudly sponsored by O'Neills Sportswear

 

Due to Covid 19, we are doing this differently this year.  You can either run, walk or cycle a 5K during the week of the 5th October 2020.  Then send us in your pictures!  We will celebrate this event by taking over social media and flooding it with photos of you and your families on World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2020.  

 

So please get registered early and share this post far and wide.  We are taking advantage of our new social distancing rules by trying to take this race global! If you have family or friends abroad, please tag them.  Let’s see where we will see our t shirts pop up around the world!

The first 1000 registered will receive a signature Jog in the Bog T shirt manufactured by O’Neills.  Design will be released very soon.

 

Thank you all for your support.  All monies raised will be invested into our Mental Health Services which provide much needed counselling services to people in our City.
