This qualification will introduce you to the principles, skills and impact of management coaching and mentoring within your organisation

Unit – Introduction to management coaching and mentoring

This unit looks at the purpose of management coaching and mentoring, using management coaching as a tool in human resources development, the use of mentoring as a tool in human resources development, and understanding the relationships between coaching and mentoring and organisational objectives

There is one assignment that forms this qualification and it should be between 2500 -3000 words.

The course can be completed for individuals who want to gain the qualification on a 1-2-1, flexible bases but don't have the time to dedicate to a classroom setting and it is also available for organisations / groups (significant group discounts are available).
