This course will provide learners with the information required to aid claimants with all areas of Children’s DLA up to appeal, and Carers allowance.

Learners will;
- Be guided through the Children’s DLA forms
- Be provided with the tools to utilise case law and guidance to produce stronger initial applications.
- Be provided with information covering the two components of Children’s DLA, basic conditions of entitlement, special rules and how entitlement is assessed
- Be guided through the eligibility and application process of Carers allowance and how this benefit can impact other benefits
