This session will look at how decisions are made, what mandatory reconsideration is and what direct lodgement means for a client’s rights to appeal. It will explain the new process for challenging a case in relation to clients conditionality, the work capability assessment and sanctions.

Women are disproportionately affected, with 24.5% earning below the Real Living Wage compared to 16.3% of men.
