Our theme for the Annual Conference is 'Celebrating Rural Life'. We will be exploring how local groups and people really embrace self-help and community development across rural regions despite austerity, lack of investment and withdrawal of services.

Participants will visit Lockkeepers Cottage in Toome which will showcase local groups telling their story of their work under the three themes of social, economic and environmental projects and how they are currently managing.

Registration is from 9.30am with the AGM starting at 10.00am. After the AGM business has taken place, Julie Harrison from the Big Lottery Fund NI will be our keynote speaker. This will be followed by a panel discussion about the theme. We will then launch our 'Rural Social Value' report.

Lunch will be provide after which delegates will make their own way to the Lockkeepers Cottage, Toome BT41 3TE, before finishing at 4pm.
