The MND Association in Partnership with Action Mental Health is pleased to offer a new online programme dedicated to supporting carers of people living with Motor Neurone Disease in Northern Ireland.
A free 6 week programme covering:
- Coping with Change
- Self-Help Strategies
- Managing Stress
- Self - Esteem
- Communication and relationships
- Local support available
The programme begins online on Wednesday 13th March 2024 2.30 - 4.30pm until 24th April 2024 (Break - Easter Week Wednesday 3rd April)
