Course Description:
Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) is an accredited course which aims to help individuals gain an understanding of their mental health, their potential triggers and how to maintain wellness over time.
This course will help you deal with stresses and triggers as they arise by identifying wellness tools you can use. It will also help you develop plans if things go wrong in the future.
This course, whilst it's original purpose was to help those with mental illnesses manage their conditions, it can be of use to anyone, including service users, carers, health care staff and any individual who would like to develop a plan for aiding them in maintaining mental wellness
As with all of our courses, there is no need for referral, just download an enrolment form below, fill it in and email it to us at RecoveryCollege@belfasttrust.hscni.net
