Belfast City Council invites you to join our Good Relations team for lunch and celebrate Black History Month in City Hall. The event is running over lunchtime (12.15pm – 1.30pm), this Friday, 13 October.
Twenty-five years on from the Good Friday Agreement, what has changed for women of Afro-Caribbean descent in Belfast, and what remains to be done?
