This is a free event
This session will build on learners existing knowledge of employment law matters. The session will take a brief look at employment law as a whole before concentrating on redundancy. It will take the participant through the basics of redundancy, looking at eligibility, calculations, employers responsibilities. This course is recommended for all users.
There will be an opportunity for participants to ask Dr. McGuinness employment related questions at the end of the session. Guest Speaker: Dr. Esther McGuinness Senior Law Lecturer, Ulster University. Co-Director Ulster Law Clinic.
