This Course will allow you to effectively handle allergens in a catering or retail environment and assist you in complying with obligations under the Food Information for Consumers Regulations.

On completion it will allow you to apply for many positions in the Food, Hospitality, Retail and Care Sectors as well as being an important requirement for those already working.

Each module will consist of a number of learning pages followed by a multiple choice test, which on successful completion allows the user to achieve a pass for that module.
