 Learners will gain an understanding of social security benefits and how to advise clients regarding social security benefits’ issues, with fully up to date content for Welfare Reforms and legacy benefits. These qualifications provide learners with the fundamental skills for advice provision along with an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements for providing generalist and specialist advice.
